CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care and they will assist you in the best possible way. No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders that contain products from Furniture/Lighting /Mattress categories; the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

Asian art Exports will accept product returns until 2 weeks after the product has been delivered, subject to terms & conditions.

If Asian art Exports is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product the entire amount paid will be refunded to you. The refund amount will be credited to the same bank account or credit card used for the transaction, the maximum duration for the refund is 20 days, however we value your money and business with us and will try to get the refund done as soon as possible
